    Saunas, especially Infrared Saunas ( ), can be very effective for helping relieve muscle spasms. Unlike traditional saunas, where water is added to produce steam and high temperatures, Infrared saunas can be just as effective at 120 to 130 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
